Toddler and Casa
Our Wooden Sand Tray encourages play in a number of ways. Fill the box with fine white sand and use our special tool to smooth the surface. For added effect, place coloured paper underneath the tray so the colours show through the clear, plastic bottom. Our set includes a wooden sand smoother and a special wooden brush.
Casa
This tray is also used in Casa classrooms when children work with Sandpaper Letters and Numbers. Before writing letters and numbers on a chalkboard, children can practice writing them in the sand.

Unlocking the mysteries of time telling is a rite of passage for all young kids. How to Tell Time is our wire-o-bound, full-color, funny and friendly effort to get them through it.
Among the topics: How come time stops at the dentist? Why do grown-ups care so much about the time? What exactly happens when the short hand disappears behind the long hand?

Art Activities - Shadow Games |

Flashlights are battery-powered magic when the lights go down so, since we're big fans of all things magical, we had to build a book around one. We re-discovered (and re-simplified) all the classic hand shadows and added a few punch-out shadow puppets. We even tossed in some special die-cut projection pages for shadow showtimes.
Attached to the book is a flashlight -- the tool to the shadow-maker's trade. Since we never do things the easy way, we custom-designed our flashlight in colorful plastic with a handy belt clip. Like all Chicken Socks titles, Shadow Games is a complete package of instruction, tools, fun and creativity -- batteries included.
