Tasting Exercise

The Tasting Exercise is used to refine the gustatory sense.

The bottles are prepared by the teacher, with the basic tastes of sweet, sour, salty and bitter then are sampled and matched.

8 tasting bottles and a wooden working tray are included.

We use amber glass so the color of the liquid is not visible.
