How do I place an order online?

Begin by searching for the desired item(s). When you click on an item, you will be presented with an Item Detail page. You can add the item to your shopping cart.  
Once all desired items have been added to your shopping cart, you can proceed to the checkout page by clicking the "Checkout" button on the shopping cart page. You will be asked to provide your shipping information on subsequent pages.

Public Montessori schools are invited to place purchase order (P.O.) requests with us by email: montessori1907@gmail.com

How do I make a payment?

Payment can be easily made by PayPal or Credit Card. We accept VISA, MasterCard, AmEx, Discover, and UnionPay.

You can also send us a cheque, payable to E&O Montessori INC.

Direct deposit is also an option.

Interac e-Transfer is also available across Canada through our email: montessori1907@gmail.com

Sending an e-Transfer: The minimum Interac e-Transfer transaction is $0.01 and a maximum is $3,000. There are also hourly and daily limits:

  • For any 24-hour period, you E-transfercan send up to $3,000
  • For any 7-day period, you can send up to $10,000
  • For any 30-day period, you can send up to $30,000

How do you ship your orders?

We mostly ship by UPS or Purolator. You will receive the shipping confirmation and tracking number by email.

Shipping time depends on destination:  
1-2 days within the Greater Toronto Area.  
3-4 business days to the rest of Canada.  
3-5 business days to USA.  
If your order must arrive by a particular date, please contact us for options.

How much do I pay for the shipping?

We’re delighted to offer FREE standard shipping on orders of $149 or more to Ontario and Quebec. We offer FREE standard shipping on orders $1,000 and more to Alberta, British Columbia, Manitoba, New Brunswick, Newfoundland and Labrador, Nova Scotia, and Saskatchewan. Excludes select oversize items: orders containing such items will be charged a shipping fee associated with the inclusion of oversized item(s).

1. Ontario and Quebec:

$15.01 to $149.99 $19.00 shipping
$149.00 and up FREE shipping

2. Alberta, British Columbia, Manitoba, New Brunswick, Newfoundland and Labrador, Nova Scotia, Saskatchewan:

3. Northwest Territories, Nunavut, Prince Edward Island, and Yukon:  
We will calculate the shipping costs and send you the complete invoice by email, including payment options. After reviewing the invoice you can make a payment, and your order will be shipped the same day the payment is received.

Return policy:

We accept returns for any reason, and offer a full refund for the order. HOWEVER, the customer is responsible for any return shipping costs. The product must be shipped in its original condition and packaging. 

Damaged Items:

Can I pickup my order?

Yes! There is no shipping fee for our curb-side pickup option!  
We will email you to set up a pickup time.

What is a School Purchase Order / Invoice?

Many schools, childcare centres, school districts, teacher training centres, and organizations cannot make payments online at the time an order is placed. Instead, they require administrative approval, a Purchase Order (PO), or payment through their accounting department.

Our School Purchase Order / Invoice option was specifically designed for schools and organizations that require quotations, Purchase Orders, administrative approval, or payment through their accounting department.

How it works:

  1. Click the green School Purchase Orders button at the top of our website. Then select the Montessori materials you would like to order.
  2. This option allows you to include both in-stock and out-of-stock items. Out-of-stock items will be listed as backordered items.
  3. When you have completed your order, click Submit. We will review your request and email you a detailed quotation or invoice, including shipping costs, product availability, estimated lead times, and available payment options.
  4. Your school may use the quotation or invoice for administrative approval, budget approval, or to issue a Purchase Order.
  5. Once approved, payment may be made by cheque, bank transfer, credit card, or other approved payment methods.

Purchase Orders are welcome.

Submitting your order request does not require immediate payment.

How do I Place an International Order?

International customers may place their orders online and select School Purchase Order / Invoice during checkout.

After receiving your order, we will calculate shipping costs and email a detailed quotation or invoice with payment instructions.

The quotation may include both in-stock and backordered items.

Payment may be made by bank transfer, credit card, or other approved payment methods.
