Montessori Single Shape Puzzle – Circle

This single-shape wooden puzzle is one of the classic first Montessori materials for infants and toddlers. The circle is usually introduced first, as it is the easiest shape for little hands to recognize and place. Once the circle is mastered, children can progress to the square and triangle.

Wooden Fraction Circle Raised Puzzle – Set of 2

Specially designed for toddlers ages 2–3, this set of raised wooden puzzles introduces early fraction concepts through hands-on exploration. Children grasp and place the large circle insets, building fine motor skills, hand–eye coordination, concentration, and independence—ideal for Montessori-inspired learning at home or in the classroom.

Shape Sorter on 3 Vertical Dowels

This engaging Montessori-inspired activity develops classification, coordination, and early math skills for children aged 2 years and up.

The wooden base includes three vertical dowels and 9 solid wooden pieces in 3 geometric shapes: spheres, cubes, and triangular prisms. Children are invited to stack the shapes onto the dowels — by shape, by quantity, or in mixed combinations — allowing for sorting, sequencing, matching, and exploration.

Coloured Discs on 3 Coloured Dowels

This Montessori-inspired material introduces toddlers to sorting, coordination, and colour recognition — all in one hands-on activity.

Children practice stacking 9 discs (3 red, 3 yellow, 3 blue) onto their corresponding coloured dowels. This self-correcting activity supports matching by colour, eye–hand coordination, and fine motor development.

Montessori Nesting Boxes

These beautifully crafted Nesting Boxes are made of solid beech wood and designed specifically for toddlers aged 1 to 2 years. Their simple yet engaging design supports early exploration of spatial relationships, size discrimination, and problem-solving.

This wooden Montessori box features five holes of different diameters on the top surface. Beneath the holes, there is a flat sliding plate that temporarily holds the cylinders in place. Inside the box is a slanted ramp.

The child places the five wooden cylinders (same height, different diameters) into the corresponding holes — but they don’t fall through immediately. The sliding plate underneath prevents them from dropping.

This activity is an introduction to cause and effect, and predictability.

Children insert a few discs in a row in the back slot and then with each new one inserted, a disc slides out in the front, falling onto a peg.
