At E&O Montessori, we want every customer in Canada and the USA to be fully satisfied with their order. Please review the return options below.

1. Returns for Unwanted Items

If you decide to return an item for any reason other than damage or defect, you may do so under the following conditions:

• Items must be returned in new condition.
• Returns are accepted within 30 days from the date of delivery.
• Returns must be sent by mail.
• A prepaid return label will be sent to you by email, free of charge.
• There are no return fees.
• Refunds are processed within 7 days after the item is received and inspected.

2. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or in poor condition:

• Please email us photos of the item and the packaging.
• Our team will review the issue and contact you to arrange the appropriate solution.
• Depending on the situation, we will offer a replacement, exchange, or refund.

We aim to resolve all damaged item cases quickly and with care.
