Apple Transfer Activity with Tongs

This Montessori practical life activity invites children to practice careful, controlled movements while transferring miniature apples from one bowl to another using tongs. The activity supports the development of fine motor skills, hand-eye coordination, concentration, and independence.

The child strengthens hand muscles and refines the pincer grasp through repeated practice, preparing the hand for future writing and everyday tasks. The realistic apple objects also encourage vocabulary development, counting, sorting, and color recognition.

Apple Tree Counting Set 1–5

A beautiful hands-on introduction to numbers and quantities.

The child arranges the five apple tree cards in order and places the correct number of apples on each tree. Clearly marked spaces support one-to-one counting and provide a simple visual control of error.

The set focuses on quantities 1–5, the first step in matching numerals with real quantities.

This inviting activity helps children recognize quantities from 1 to 5, connect each numeral with its quantity, and strengthen concentration and fine motor control.
