The set includes a miniature cat, a bed, two pillows -one blue and one red - and a wooden base with a printed rug. 34 picture cards show different arrangements for children to recreate. No reading is required to follow the pictures.

Practise on, under, beside, behind, in front of and between through simple actions and complete sentences:
- The cat is on the bed.
- The cat is under the bed.
- The blue pillow is beside the bed.
- The cat is behind the bed.
- The red pillow is in front of the bed.
- The cat is between the two pillows.
Ways to Use the Picture Cards
- Follow a picture: Choose one of the 34 cards and arrange the objects to match. Compare the finished arrangement with the card.
- Follow a spoken command: Use a card as a prompt and give instructions such as “Put the cat under the bed” or “Place the red pillow beside the blue pillow.”
- Describe the scene: Ask, “Where is the cat?” Encourage a complete sentence, such as “The cat is between the two pillows.”
- Give instructions: Invite the child to describe a card while another person arranges the objects.
- Look and remember: Study a card, turn it over and recreate the arrangement from memory.
Begin with on and under, then introduce more prepositions as the child becomes confident. The activities provide practice in oral language, listening, following instructions, spatial awareness and visual memory.
